At YBVUK, young people are met with belief, trust and opportunity.
We work alongside young people who have been overlooked or locked out of opportunity. Many of the young people we work with need support the most. They have faced some of the toughest challenges and are often navigating instability and a lack of belief from the world around them. We support them no matter what they have been through, meeting them where they are and helping remove the barriers that stop them from moving forward as they build what comes next.
Young people already have what they need inside them. What makes the difference is being met with care, consistency and people who keep showing up.
That belief shapes everything we do.

The work is hands on and rooted in real relationships. We create safe and welcoming spaces. Young people are supported to build skills, grow in confidence and reconnect with a sense of possibility.

Your support helps provide practical help that keeps young people engaged day to day. It allows trusted relationships to grow and gives young people stability when everything else feels uncertain. It also means someone is there to advocate for them and help them navigate systems that were never designed with them in mind.
Support also allows us to stay connected after programmes end. Graduates continue to receive guidance, encouragement and practical help as they move into work, training or further opportunities. This is often the moment when confidence is tested and belief matters most.
